Judd grew up on a horse farm in Downsville, LA and graduated from West Monroe High School in 1991. He attended NLU (now ULM) for two years in agribusiness/equine sciences. He was the 2004 LRCA Saddle Bronc Rookie of the year. Danni Britt
Veterinary Technician
Danni grew up just a few miles from the clinic. She used to bring her animals to Pine Hills as a kid with her dad and she always knew one day she’d work there. She graduated from West Ouachita High School in 2018 and is currently enrolled at Louisiana Tech University for Animal Science. Soon, she will be applying to vet schools and hope one day to be a large and small animal veterinarian.
She has always known she belonged in veterinary medicine. It has always been her biggest passion and she never gets tired of learning. All animals are inherently good, even the bad ones. They all deserve someone to give them a chance. Danni especially loves the more difficult or complex cases because when she can win over a scared patient, she feels like she’s made a difference that day. The feeling when we fight all the odds and she gets to help heal an animal and then see them go home is indescribable.
When she was much younger, she was shadowing at another clinic and they were performing a c-section. They needed another hand to revive a puppy and although she was scared to death, she was there. The moment that the puppy started crying was the moment she knew she was exactly where she was meant to be.
Danni is so grateful that her wife loves animals just as much as she does. Their family is made up of 5 dogs and 3 cats, so their family is anything but boring. They love to take trips to the mountains and explore with our dogs. She grew up showing cows and riding horses and large animals still have her heart as well.
