Meet Our Team
Mary joined the Pine Hills team in 2001 after growing up in and around the veterinary profession with her father. She graduated from LA Tech with a bachelors in Animal Science. Mary plays an instrumental role in the hospital as our manager.
She is married to her husband, Jeffrey and they have one son, Tucker. At home, she and her family have 6 horses, a Labrador Retriever, a Standard Poodle, and several rescue cats. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, spending time outdoors and reading.
Penny has been with the Pine Hills team since 2012. She was in retail management for 17 years and did paralegal work for 12 years. She has been a tremendous asset as our lead front office assistant. Penny and her husband, David, have four children and two grandchildren. At home, they have 3 dogs and one cat. In her spare time, Penny enjoys spoiling her grandchildren.
Roxanne grew up in West Monroe, LA and graduated from West Monroe High School in 2004. She joined the Pine Hills team in February 2014 as a front desk assistant. She quickly became an integral part of the team, being known for her smile and great sense of humor. At home, she and her husband have two beautiful daughters.
Also part of her family are her four cats named Tiny, Snow White, Oscar and LaLa...all of which were lucky rescues! She has one dog, a Rottweiler named Athena. When she is not at PHV, Roxanne enjoys doing free lance makeup artistry.
Judd grew up on a horse farm in Downsville, LA and graduated from West Monroe High School in 1991. He attended NLU (now ULM) for two years in agribusiness/equine sciences. He was the 2004 LRCA Saddle Bronc Rookie of the year. He worked for 15 years at Cummings Veterinary Hospital as a veterinary assistant and then ventured out on his own for 7 years starting colts for the public at Circle J Bar Ranch.
In the fall of 2014, Pine Hills Veterinary Hospital was fortunate enough to welcome Judd on board to help provide superior animal care. At home, Judd still enjoys starting colts and roping as much as possible. He has an Aussie named Joni, who is his constant companion in everything at the farm.
